Push Pointing and Swaging Machines

KWP type steel bar swaging machine

This processing machine is used in the pre-process before cold pullout, and finely draws the tip of the material. The hydraulic cylinder pushes the material directly into the pullout die and swages it.

KDB type steel bar extrusion machine (with KWP type push pointer)

This machine produces secondary machined parts such as cylinder shafts, auto parts, and slide rails by cold pullout. In particular, we manufacture special machines and front and rear auxiliary equipment developed by our company that incorporate a number of ingenuities in the pullout of special-shaped parts.

Steel bar extrusion machine with swaging machine

This machine carries out the steps up to swaging and extrusion for secondary machined parts such as cylinder shafts, auto parts, slide rails, etc. After the hydraulic cylinder is swaged, it is automatically extruded by the carriage. Products can be produced stably with top-class accuracy even in Japan with little tension and bending.

KDF type special-shaped steel bar extrusion machine

This machine extrudes special-shaped steel bars. The carriage hooks the two chains and extrudes the material with the power of the motor. After extrusion, the return of the carriage is driven at high speed by a dedicated motor, which increases productivity.

KBC type busbar extrusion machine

This is an extrusion machine for copper and copper alloys, which performs extrusion, straightening, and cutting of round and special-shaped bar and coil materials. After pre-straightening, brush polishing, clamping the rear end of the material extruded by the chain drive, tensioning and torsion straightening, the hydraulic cylinder shear cuts behind the die completely automatically.

KVS type 2-roll straightening machine

This is a round bar straightening machine that finishes and corrects the straightness and roundness of round bars of pullout and peeling materials with high accuracy. It is our main product, and we have delivered more than 700 units domestically and internationally.

VSE type small diameter 2 roll type straightening machine

The VSE series is a straightening machine for the purpose of precision straightening of round bars for small diameter materials and OA equipment parts. With a compact design and high rigidity, high straightening accuracy can be obtained.

KCS type high speed 2 roll type straightening machine

This straightening machine, which has been delivered to many domestic and overseas steel mills, is a special machine for high-speed straightening of mill scale rolling round bars. Setup can be easily changed using the roll change trolley. It has excellent reproducibility and labor saving due to the straightening setting data memory function and the automatic positioning function.

PRM type special-shaped straightening machine

This machine straightens hexagonal, square, rail, and other special-shaped rods. Precise straightening is possible with simple adjustment. Can also handle special shapes other than those listed above.

Bar Tuner

KAWAZOE original equipment that continuously removes the outer diameter scratches and decarburized layers on round bars and pipes using a bite. It is used for secondary machining of parts for molding processes such as cold pullout products, forgings, and high-strength bolts, as well as ball bearings, drive shafts, and automotive spring parts. It is also possible to configure an online configuration that is connected to a two-roll straightening machine and a bending measuring machine for bite blinding.
