Push Pointing and Swaging Machines

AVS-type pipe swaging machine

This machine performs swaging processing of steel pipes, copper pipes, and aluminum pipes, etc. before pullout. It is a non-rotary type that does not rotate the swaging die, minimizing the frequency of regular maintenance work. Since it is a structure that feeds the raw pipe with a lifting roll, it can also handle intermediate pulling.

KTP type pipe swaging machine

This is a push pointer that pushes steel pipes, copper pipes, aluminum pipes, etc. into the swaging die with a round chuck before pullout. In the case of a raw pipe that cannot be swaged at one time, the swaging is performed multiple times in succession. This machine is suitable for the swaging of materials such as seam welded pipes, for which the outer diameter of the raw pipe has been determined to a certain extent.

Drawing Machines

KDB type 3-pipe extrusion machine (core metal tilt type)

This machine is for pulling out steel pipes, copper pipes, and aluminum pipes, etc. Unique consideration is given to obtaining high-precision roundness, thickness, and straightness. This picture is a general back bench tilt type.

KDB type 3-pipe extrusion machine (core metal horizontal lifting type)

This is a line machine that automatically swages, pulls, and straightens. This machine can be operated automatically with a stable horizontal lifting type back bench.

KDB type 3-pipe extrusion machine (core metal rotary type)

With this machine, the back bench is a core metal rotary type, making it possible to stand by for the next material even during pullout. We design and produce according to the customer’s request.

Straightening Machines

VRM type 10-roll type pipe straightening machine

This is a pipe straightening machine that finishes and straightens the straightness and roundness of steel pipes, copper pipes, and aluminum pipes, etc. with high precision. It is possible to straighten a wide range of external diameters from ⌀2 to ⌀330 mm.

VRMP type 10-roll type precision pipe straightening machine

A straightening machine for the purpose of straightening products that require extremely high straightening accuracy, such as thin-walled tubes for photocopier drums and medical devices.

PRM type (KPR type) special-shaped straightening machine

This machine straightens a wide range of special-shaped pipes such as hexagonal, square, and elliptical. Precise straightening is possible with simple adjustment. Can also handle special shapes other than those listed above. We produce this machine with 7, 11, or 13 rolls depending on the material.
